Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offered nice rooms with modern bathrooms and great park views, but was slightly overheated during our stay. The service went above and beyond with special gestures but some language barriers caused communication issues. The lovely location was very accessible and comfortable, although it was very quiet. The dining experience was good but not exceptional for a luxury hotel. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor drawbacks.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were uniquely set in a service staircase, which was uncomfortable, although the bathroom was creatively designed with stairs, linen tablecloths, and fantastic antique furniture. The service staff were incredibly discreet and attentive, making me feel like royalty in a majestic castle. However, the dining experience was tainted by being charged for a glass of champagne. The location, set in beautiful surroundings with a golf course and croquet court, was spectacular. The price, while not ideal, was somewhat justified by the hotel's unique charm.
I was quite pleased with my stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, and I really enjoyed the complimentary mini bar with a good selection of drinks. The only downside was that the rooms required a little updating, with old-looking furniture.
Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience fit for royalty. The rooms were gorgeous, offering breathtaking views of the park. The service was top-notch, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The location was unbeatable, surrounded by beautiful gardens and hills. However, the dining experience was not great value for money.
Staying on the fourth floor with a view of the golf course and beyond was absolutely lovely, surrounded by historical elements. The location is simply breathtaking with amazing grounds, exquisite furnishing, and a touch of world history. While somewhat isolated, the charm of the Castle makes up for it.
Staying at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were spacious and came with windows on 3 sides, offering a lovely view of the villa Rothschild kempinski. However, finding some places in the hotel restaurant was a bit challenging. The service was exceptional, making us feel like royalty throughout our stay, from the front desk to the waiters. The location was stunning, perfect for leisurely walks before or after dinner, with friendly staff and a beautifully restored castle nearby. The dining experience was delightful, with a variety of traditional dishes to enjoy in a lovely setting. However, some aspects were overpriced, like the shuttle service to the German Christmas markets. Nonetheless, the facilities were well-appointed and added to our comfortable stay.
